Picked up a new windscreen surround from a guy out near Windsor, he had a bunch of other cruiser parts as well in better condition than mine.

Smashed out the old glass. It's quite flexible when it's broken.

Put the rear seats in and fuel tank covers.

Front seats, had to re-weld one of the feet.

Roof goes on without too many problems. It's from a 1982 BJ40.

Still need some glass in that window but not a bad effort for one day.
