Started sanding the doors. Driver door has rust in the lower right of the pic. Was able to rip the doorseal off without breaking it.

1/3 sheet sander, great for flat surfaces.

Here's the rust spot I was talking about. Some welding on the inside should fix it.

Rear doors sanded.

Side panels are tricky, a lot of hand sanding necessary.

Removed the push out window.

Yay, more rust.

This is the rear corner, able to weld a plate on the inside then smooth it with car filler on the outside.
