Picked up a 1981 2F engine for $100! Same guy I got the windscreen surround from. I helped him get it out of the FJ40 and was impressed it only took 30mins till it was in my trailer!

Also bought an engine crane from Super Cheap for $249

I'm now able to lift engines!

This engine has the clutch fan, whereas before I had direct belt driven. Hopefully it will be a little quieter. I doubt it though.

The crane folds up for storage, still takes up a bit of room but not much more than the 2F engine sitting nicely on the ground.
