To make room for a LPG tank in the back of the cruiser I moved the high lift to the drivers side so it sits on the sidestep and attaches with a bolt to the windscreen hinge.

Also replaced a broken exhaust bracket.

Estimating the position of where the bolt needs to be

Clamped in place and using the wire wheel I got rid of the paint so it's back to bare steel for a good weld

Welded the crap out of it so it's solid

Back on the FJ without being in the way of vision or the door opening

Hmm bit of a problem
